Hash Brown Pizza Crust
Hash browns make a fantastic crust. Meat and potatoes in a pizza.
6 cup icy hash brownish potatoes, defrosted
3/4 mug light sour cream
2 large eggs
2 tablespoon powdered Cheddar cheese product
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp margarine or butter
1 mug sliced onion
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 cup diced pepperoni or pork or scrambled fried lean ground beef
1 1/2 cup grated part skim mozzarella or tool Cheddar (see note).
Hash Brown Pizza Crust: Incorporate all 6 active ingredients in huge dish. Mix well. Press securely in oils 12-inch pizza pan, developing edge around side. Bake in 450 degree F stove for 20 to 25 minutes. Eliminate to rack.
Thaw margarine in tool fry pan. Include onion. Sauté on medium-low, stirring often, until quite soft and also starting to brown.
